  • PMX: Project Manager Excellence is a programme that was started in 2006.

    It is designed for project managers and provides training in topics such as project management, contract management and the development of personnel.

  • VSL Academy: Our Training centre based in Bangkok provides consistent training for all levels of staff across all disciplines. Our goals being to improve quality, safety, productivity & efficiency of our work on site.

    We teach employees about our methods, equipment, accessories & tools and improve awareness and attitudes to safety. It is a unique initiative in our industry, set up to train our production staff and to spread best practices throughout the company.


Bouygues Construction University

  • Other training provided by our parent company, Bouygues Construction Group includes the 'Ulysses', 'Pericles' and 'Marco Polo' modules.

    In a desire to develop its employees' skills, the Group set up the "Bouygues Construction University" in 2008.

    More than a training centre, it offers programmes for Managers and for professionals in numerous support functions (e.g. financial control, project management; human resources, sales, etc.), as well as on themes of Group-wide strategic interest (e.g. sustainable development, property development, etc.). More than 1,200 employees took part in these programmes in 2011.
